ROFL And you want to move to the rural woods up North? I smell a heli-rescue.

6 hours is normal and or welcome to many, so is hard work and "hunger"...city boy.

lol...I wouldnt have to worry about shoveling 10,000 pounds worth up there...just sit back and watch it fall. Plus I think its time to buy a snowblower.

Back walkway= 2' wide 40' long
Deck = 15' wide, 12' long
Driveway = 15' wide, 50' long
Front walkway = 3' wide, 25' long
Front porch = 4' wide, 15' long
+ street plow barricade 3 foot high 15' wide.

Now I got a headache again typing all that. lol

I didn't include any pics of the mid western style barn here. When you shovel that off because it won't shed snow, it feels like you just shoveled off Logan International.

Those who hate snow consider yourselves lucky. heavier snows stayed just west of us as the Low took a slightly more westerly track coming up. Just a few miles makes the difference.

Feels like we missed out on the fun up here. For all the hype, that dry slot really did make things anti-climatic. Six inches or snow don't seem like "biggest thing since '06"

You know............. why you gotta tease me bringing this up again. LOL. This one was my memorable of the 4 big ones we got. The pressure and wind of the storm was insane...

Who would have thought every other week we would get over a foot snowstorm after this one. Wow.

And lesson learned that sleep & hydration are needed. lol Luckily I was under for just 12hrs.

Well, I, for one, am glad this winter is over and summer is finally here!!!!

I was so sick of all the snow and the ridiculously cold air (on a positive note, it did wonders to the silencing the global warming mouths that belongs to a few acquaintances of mine, of course, they are back to their chattering, but the silence was nice while it lasted, LOL.)

Horrible winter, just horrible!

Let me enjoy the next couple of months of summer without thinking of that awful season we call winter. Brrrrrrr.
