Guys i have really appreciated all the info from everyone regarding our move, but can you take the realtor talk to another thread? I am not moving to these areas and if you want house prices from Rich Lee contact him by PM. I am so sorry if this sounds rude but everytime i see a new post i think it is regarding my move!

Well were 6 weeks away from moving to CT, and things have certainly taken a different path.

We have decided to rent for the first year instead of buying a home, given the current market. and my husband received job offers from both NYC and CT, but he decided to go with the company in Enfield CT and after reading alot of really good posts regarding that area we settled on Vernon, for at least a year anyways, and then plan on still buying property up aroud East Granby, Granby, Suffield, Windsor Locks, Enfield area. My husband was there for 3 days and really liked it up there.

The only thing i need to secure now is a preK place for my 4 year old.

Just want to thank everyone for there input and suggestions, you have helped in more ways that you know.

I love this forum, and i'm so glad i found it.
