Are you buying or selling in Meriden? There are some really nice areas...The East Side and South Meriden. I'm from the area so I'm a little biased.

If you are looking to sell, the first step would be to have a realtor come out to your home and gather information so that they can then conduct a market analysis for you. In searching the MLS, I found that there are 4 sales within the last year in that neighborhood, the homes staying on the market for an average of about 70 days. It's a desirable, convenient location. Send me a message and I can find additional info for you.

Natuzza Dimassi with William Raveis is a good agent for the Meriden area. She works well with foreclosures and short sales.

agent search results connecticut real estate, massachusetts real estate, rhode island real estate, new york real estate, and newport real estate from william raveis real estate
