Apartments near windsor, CT (Hartford, Manchester: rentals, utilities, price)

I am looking for a 1 bhk apartment in a cost range less than 1000$. I am looking at areas like middletown, rocky hill, windsor, Manchester (anywhere is ok) within 30-40 mins drive distance from windsor. Utilities must include heat and hot water. If any one has any suggestions for good apartments, that will be helpful

It is possible that you may find something in your price range in any of those towns you mentioned, but they absolutely will not include a washer & dryer in the unit. I'm not sure how important that is to you. I'd be surprised if you did find something like that.

I agree. You are asking for a lot. Most rentals do not include the heat and hot water unless they are older. Check craigslist and realtor.com for listings. Maybe consider lowering the rent amount to $900 or so and pay your own utilities. I would also recommend you keep your search to either north or east of Hartford to minimize your commute. Why spend money on gas when you don't have to. Windsor and Manchester would be good options. Jay
