Thoughts on location vs price?? Trying to choose a 2 BR/BA for a late 20's couple...

BLVD
Pros: really nice amenities (gym, sky terrace, common area), area? (how much better is this area?)
Cons: $250 more per month... 1 parking spot including +1 additional parking spot is unassigned, 1st floor street levl, smaller sq footage (less storage space for clothes etc)

Eastside Commons
Pros: really nice apartment, bigger layout, has a gym, 2 parking spots included (1 assigned, 1 unassigned), 3rd floor
Cons: area seems not as good, but how bad is it?

Both are really beautiful apartments.. it's just the location vs. size/cost

We only plan to stay here a year or two max and then look into buying.

THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE!!

Default Stamford apt help! BLVD vs Eastside Commons

Trying to decide between two apartments... size/price vs. location. Is the location on Washington Blvd a lot better than living on E Main St? Is it worth it to live on Washington Blvd and pay a little more and sacrifice a little bit of space? Both are gorgeous.. just concerned about space vs location...

Thanks!!

BLVD is basically downtown (depending on what you consider the boundaries), thus you can walk to the bars quickly and walk to the train station from there. Eastside Commons (east side) is not quite in the mix, depends on what you are looking for. I would consider both locations safe.

As the saying goes: the three most important things about real estate are: Location, Location, Location. I would go with the better location. Jay

The areas are essentially equal. Neither complex is in the most secure area. Both areas have been undergoing transformation/gentrification, and they are "decent", but still not the best by any stretch. The area north of Broad St. is generally much safer and cleaner.

What are some other apartments like this in the area?

The 3 Avalons, Parc Grove, BLVD, and Eastside Commons, are there any more similar to this?
