We just got cable service hooked up, and we cannot find the show Eastenders anywhere to save our lives!

It's my favorite TV show, and the last place we lived, it always broadcast late on Sunday nites.
What nite does the show get played on? Or does it not exist at all in CT?

You may want to switch providers. With Optimum the only way you are going to see it with normal cable subscription is on PBS. However, Optimum advertises that you can order special packages of stations from other countries so there's a good chance you could pay for a British TV pack. Or you could stick with what you know and get Dish again.

we used to be able to see it, not on dish or cable, but just regular TV with an antenna and that digital box thing.

it depends on what package you choose. i had a special where it was 14.99 for the first 6 months, then it went to 39.99 with a 2 year contract. this was for one step up from the cheapo package.

i've only seen eastenders on pbs or wliw and the likes for free viewing but that was the super old episodes

we got just the basic bare bones package in Cable, so maybe we ought to up our package and get to see what we really want to... I'm so missing Eastenders, it's been months now...

I'm an expatriate Brit, and when I lived in Houston, Texas we were treated to two back-to-back episodes of East-Enders every Sunday evening..
However, when I moved here to Massachusettas, all we get in the way of British programmes are 'Are you being Served, Keeping up Appearances, and 'All Creatures Great and Small'..?????

What a crock.!
