Hi
Looking for recommendations for doggie day care as well as obedience training near Westport. For day care, can also be going towards New Haven as one of us works there.

So far we've found Who's Your Doggie in Milford for day care - they seem to get good reviews online and are right off I-95.

For training I've found Dog Gone Smart and Best Friends in Norwalk. It seems like most of the reviews online are for the grooming or boarding, haven't seen much about training.

There also seem to be a lot of private trainers, but tough to find feedback on any of them.

Thanks a lot!

We've used Heather Witt for training. She was really good with our dog....

Default Doggie Day care

I own a pet sitting company with offices in Seymour and the shoreline.
For training I suggest talking with your local vet or pet sitter. I'm sure they could provide you with valid referrals.
For Doggie Day Care in New Haven area I would suggest my place, but we have not got it up and running yet.
We do provide pet sitting in your home, but if you are in the fairfield County area we do not have any sitters available there yet.

Everyone I know who has used this company just raves about the trainers, I plan to take my dog there soon, too. They are about 10 minutes from the Merritt:
