Does anyone in Norwich area get Digital TV over the air? If so, what channels are you able to get? What kind of antenna do you use?

thanks for any help.

Here is a DTV reception map from the FCC, which you key to your zip

The Digital TV Transition: Reception Maps

In my experience the map claims better reception than you receive. And of course the attenna has to adjusted to the direction of the signal.

TV Fool is also a very useful site. However, things like trees will really affect reception and the algorithms the sites use can't calculate that.

I'm sure anybody in Norwich will get channel 26 (ION) from New London, 53 (PBS) from Norwich and channel 69 (ION) from Block Island, RI. I'm guessing you're still closer to Hartford there than Providence, RI. I'm not sure about New Haven in this instance. I know all of New London County is in the Hartford/New Haven DMA.
