We're looking to get an alarm installed in our house. Someone recommended AES out of Norwalk. Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

I'm in Fairfield too. We use Alarms by Precision based in Monroe. Alarms By Precision, LLC Frank (the owner) is a real nice guy. He did the install @ my in-laws too.

Do you remember what your quote was and what it included?

Sorry, I don't remember what the price was for install. We had 3 exterior doors wired up as well as motion sensors to cover the first floor and also the box in the basement. Most people forget the latter is an easy way in - punch through a basement window or come in through a bilco door, disable the alarm from the inside, and go to town. If you're really paranoid, use a cellular backup in case the phone line gets cut.

I'm leaning toward Homeguard. Anyone have any experience with them?
