Hello guys I visited CT and I found Hamden to be a nice area and affordable. How are the schools in that area. particularly Westwoods Elementary. Are there any other suggestions anyone has? Feedback?

They are ok. About average. Probably not as good as Milford, but better than West Haven.

Hamden schools perform below the state average on the Connecticut Mastery and Connecticut Academic Performance Tests. You can find out more information on schools in CT (including the one you are interested in) at the link below. Jay

No luck and time is winding down!!! This is getting very frustrating. I'm looking for more modernized places. The only place that fits this description is town of walk in Hamden. Do I have any other options?
