Chappaqua is a long commute to downtown Manhattan (approx 1 1/2 hrs each way, not including the drive to the station from your house). Westport would be an even worse commute. You'd be better off searching in lower Westchester towns like Scarsdale, Larchmont, Bronxville or Pelham, or stick to New Jersey.

Upscale suburbs in New Jersey take equally long to get to Wall Street. You have to switch trains to get there. Check the train times and you will be surprised how long it takes which is why many Wall Street workers do live in Westchester and Fairfield counties. Jay
