Woman Attacked From Behind By Teen Girls, Police Say - Courant.com
HARTFORD—
Two teenage girls attacked a woman while she was walking along Collins Street Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The young woman was allegedly approached from behind by the girls who pulled her hair causing her to fall to the ground around 4:45 p.m.
The suspects stole a pair of gold earrings and $120 in cash, police said.
The incident was reported near the intersection of Collins and Willard streets.

Hartford is a rough town,I was in the bus station about 10 years ago and was approached by a guy asking for money. His pitch was that he was just released from prison and spent the money the state gives you for a bus ticket on crack,and now needed that bus money to get back to Bridgeport.
