I am considering a move to CT next year. I will be working as a pharmacist in Fairfield county (the exact location is not certain as I need to figure out where I would live before I inform my employers of the region I would like to work in). I am looking to get a condo (pets allowed) or a town home within the county so my commute can be tolerable. I am a 23yr old, female, Nigerian (moved to the US about 10yrs ago), not married, no kids and my annual income will be in the 100k range. The perfect place would have other young professionals and plenty of things to do (libraries, malls, cinemas, restaurants, recreational areas, e.t.c). I would love a place with little/no snobbish, materialistic types if thats possible. Ethnic diversity or acceptance is a must. So far a few friends have recommended Stamford & Danbury or just stay in NY.
If the relocation thing doesn't work out I would have to commute from Westchester, NY where I currently live .
I know the info is sort of general but if you can offer any helpful advise I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

Stamford and Danbury are very nice with a lot to do. Stamford is more of a city than Danbury. Jay

Default When is Route 7 to be completed?

So much construction and traffic delays going to Danbury.

When do they expect to finish RT 7?

Probably never. Too much opposition in Wilton, Ridgefield and Redding where the highway was suppose to go. Jay
