Yeah, I mean if you're set on it just do it. Not sure what you're looking for here.

I still recommend Norwalk over Stamford. Much easier commute to Danbury and you can hang out in Stamford easily whenever you want.

I know when you are an immigrant (India?) the thought of striking out on your own without the help of friends/roommates is terrifying. But believe me, it will happen sooner or later and when your friends are faced with such a decision they will do what's right for them and leave you out of the picture.

I would take the advice of others here. The purpose of getting a job is to begin the next part of your life--marriage and kids, for most people. Since that's the case, be forward-looking and think family-friendly, not nightlife-friendly. ;-)
