Instant banishment.

When you're the place that invented the burger, you have license to be a jerk.

Sometimes you go to a restaurant strictly for the food and not the service. There's a ton of Chinese restaurants in my town that have built their reputation not on staff friendliness but their portion sizes and quality (i.e, Tasty, Egg Roll Express, etc). Usually these are whole-in-the-wall joints. And even here, the service isn't bad, but the wait staff doesn't bend over backwards like their customers may expect. I buy Jamaican food from this TINY takeout place sometimes when I leave work in Bloomfield. They have the best beef patties I have ever had and the staff, while not unfriendly, is very aloof - at least towards me. I mean, I still tip them and whatnot, but for $2 patties, it hardly matters. Just my $0.02.

Is it sort of like the soup nazi on Seinfeld, only a burger nazi?
