At that price point the OP will have to make some kind of sacrifice. The OP should look further into the Valley area, and consider a one car garage. It will be much easier to find a one car garage. Really, I see nothing wrong with the house listed above, and I'm sure there are others.
Not to mention that according to Vision Appraisals, the town of Naugatuck lists it as a Cape.....
