We need someone to handle a potentially complicated eviction in a property we're considering buying. Anyone have a recommendation for a landlord/tenant lawyer in New Britain area who can advise us?

Here are the names of some real estate attorneys based in the area. I have not personally met all of them but they have represented buyers/sellers in some of my real estate transactions.

Jason Famiglietti, Plainville, 860-793-9559
Michael Trella, New Britain, 860-229-0369
Aaron Sarra, Plainville, 860-793-1200

Good grief-- Don't buy it and make it your problem. Legal eviction is very difficult in Connecticut. I would try to make your purchase contingent upon the seller handeling the eviction....
