Metro North in Danbury takes you down to South Norwalk. From there you have to head into the city. It is a really long trip by train overall. It is shorter to drive into NY where the trains take you directly into Manhattan. Jay

Focus your search on South Wilton and Silvermine if commute time is your top priority. North Wilton, Cannondale and Georgetown will add 10 min or so to your commute. Also, intra town traffic in Wilton tends to build as the morning goes on (seems like most kids don't take the bus anymore), so factor that in if you are leaving your house at 8am as opposed to 6 or 7am.
