Currently, there is a Small inventory of homes for sale in these two towns.Anybody with experience in these areas, will the inventory pick up as we approach summer? I would think right now would be the busiest since people want to sell and move before summer starts. But I may be wrong ( I hope I am). Can we expect to have a lot more houses in the next 3-4 months?

I think so. I have already seen inventory increase in Redding/Newtown/Easton.

People want to move over the summer when the weather is better and the kids are out of school. Homes will usually be put on the market for summer moves in the next couple of months so there should be an increase in inventory. Jay

It should be happening already. Super Bowl Sunday usually marks the beginning of the season Although I can't help but think that this winter has helped push things back a month or two.
