Not a good location for anything but residential IMO.

Not sure lower density would make it cost effective.
I’m sure higher end townhouses (300-450k) would be plenty profitable. 175 units will be even more profitable. That guy has made a lot of money here.

Funny thing is many decades back I went there one year as St Ann's, our parish was full, and I fully forgot the actual name of the road.

That’s because they are larger northern industrial states that were the first states impacted by the Coronavirus and they were most aggressive in closing than their economies to prevent the spread. Those aggressive decisions are now paying off with lower transmission rates. The southern state cases are rising dramatically. If you want to discuss that further please do soon the Covid-19 thread. Saw it on WARN. Didn't realize it was full plant closure. Given the industry, those jobs paid well, no doubt.

When the world ends, the only survivors will be cockroaches and McDonald's.

Sounds like that Fintech Village is no longer going to be a go in West Hartford.

That stinks, would have been a great addition.

Given the industry, I'm not surprised. Wires, cables, and telecom days are numbered.
Chalk it up to advancing tech. Covids a minor player.
