No, but, as we’ve discussed before, these numbers are only estimates and statistically they are minor and well within the margin of error for our population numbers. We won’t know for sure until the numbers are released for this year’s actual Census count. Until then the worst anyone can say is our population is not growing and that’s fine with me. Jay

Among other things.

What a time to be alive. Gloating over population declines There has to be something better to do. There just has to be.

A lower US population is fine with me as well. I'm 100% behind closing borders.

The governor needs to provide on a realistic Phase 3 plan very soon. Mother Nature does not follow the state's timelines. Outdoor dining's days are numbered. Many restaurants and small businesses that haven't already gone out of business are barely hanging on. Not all businesses have the space or a product that is conducive to take out. It is troubling when I hear comments such as they should have adapted with the times and adopted a new model. These businesses should not be shunned, penalized or marginalized because their business model was not developed around apps, grub hub, or stay-at-home customers. A restaurant which serves loyal local customers who stop in primarily to sit at the bar, have a sandwich and meet with their friends and neighbors is not a bad business model it is a victim of unprecedented circumstances which are impossible to manage. Even with customers ordering take out, the significant shortage or revenue to cover costs of operations is unsustainable. I am saddened when I hear flippant comments such as it's their own fault, they should have planned for it. Nobody plans for customers not being allowed into your business for over six months through no action of the business owner.
