I have 20 years experience in publishing (newswriting, copy editing, etc). Is there any hope of finding an employer who will hire me in CT even if I now live in Florida? I lived in CT for over 35 years.

It's always possible, but that field is shrinking. There's a lot of writing opportunities in marketing in CT.

What do you mean by marketing? Writing ad copy? I've done that too.

Check ESPN's website, they have editing jobs in Bristol.

ESPN is one of those companies that doesn't have an issue with hiring people from far away.

If you drive around Bristol, all those out of state plates are ESPN employees and there's plenty of them.
