That has nothing to do with the town, it's because you were driving on private streets where you shouldn't be.

100% correct -- there was a court decision a number of years back, probably close to ten years ago (Someone v. Town of Greenwich), that was brought by an individual, can't remember his name, who sued for access to Greenwich's town beaches as a non resident. He won and that decision opened up access to all CT town beaches for non-residents. Town's are allowed to charge admission fees though, and so the $40 fee for non-residents is probably Darien's going rate. Maybe you were turned away because the parking lot was at capacity?

They were females. Baseball player Bobby Bonilla's wife was one of the individuals.

No, I just went onto Westlaw and pulled the cite: Leydon v. Town of Greenwich, 257 Conn. 318 (2001). The plaintiff Leydon was a man -- Brendan Leydon.

Thanks for the correction.

The incident that i inadvertently cited was actually one of a bias/racial claim that occurred after the Leydon episode.

Why not live in Brooklyn or NYC instead of making that horrible commute. That seems like pure hell

Because the OP already lives in CT and is looking for a town that's nearby and a better fit for her growing family. And I think she prefers commuting over living in the City. NYC is great, but not ideal for all families with young children.

Becoz you get micro apartments or condos where you only have an ugg boot's space to sit the ass and take a dump.

JMHO, but if you use such vocabulary as "rats a$$", then I don't think you'll fit in with Fairfield mothers either.
