I've been telling family and friends that some people are going to really get fed up and frustrated with the temps next 2 weeks and not seeing their full lawns past mid March. I mean look at this....

It's amazing to keep seeing GFS results with continues temps near or below freezing. And this is for Danbury.

Temps are in Celsius. 0° = 32°F. So all those negative numbers show below freezing.
For conversion use this link. http://www.wbuf.noaa.gov/tempfc.htm

Obviously anything past 7 days can change but there's not torch or warm pattern showing up yet.

I like how CityData set it up where you post the link to the tweet and the entire image comes up with details. Interesting.

Here's Upton's tweet

At this point I think the timing is ok give or take 6-12hrs. Just a matter how much moisture and we've seen it go both ways all winter. Dried up or got juicier.

My sister inlaw was at White Plains airport few days ago and waited 4 hrs in the terminal to takeoff. Rain, storms then fog delayed them. Wait until Thursday to make any decisions. Hope they don't charge a fee for changing.

Posted Feb 22nd but every update for past 5 days has shown similar results for Tuesday 7am.

First... Looking at the actual data from them, check out Tuesday morning. Euro says Danbury 7° GFS says 20°.

GFS pretty much has it dry for next 1.5 weeks aside from couple snow showers.

.
Here we are 7am Tuesday. Actual temp....[drum roll please].... 18°! What is wrong with the EURO lately??? HORRIBLE!!! Even with tomorrows so called "storm" it had while GFS had nothing.

Even the very latest EURO update last night shows 7am at 11.8°. So not even right within 12hrs? WTF

Significant Storm System To Affect 100+ Million People During The First Week Of March
NortheastUSweather.com

A robust storm system is set to impact over 100 million people with heavy snow, heavy ice, severe weather and flooding around the first week of March. As the chances for the Wednesday storm seems to be diminishing, this next storm system has been very consistent and is showing up on multiple models!...

NortheastUSweather.com

Lord help me.

About Them:

"Our page was founded by two high school students on January 23, 2013 which used to be a small facebook page called, "Northeast Ohio Weather" which was exclusively located on Facebook"

Please stay away from those FB pages. 27,000 likes in 1 year???????? There is advertising in there for sure.

Stick with the meteorologists with degrees and ones who know not to call a significant storm affecting millions 7 days before! I'll see if I can get a nice list later on. I don't use FB anymore so will have to dig into my account.

I'm not that gullible. I think the people who start this kind of crap are absolute morons.
