Yeah, it's a Fall pattern this week. Something happening we don't see typically in Summer. Pretty interesting. Watch for Tornado threats Wednesday! Lots of spin going on with the Jet.

It might actually feel raw outside during the day (60s)

Max temps today

Meriden 88
New Haven 87
Danbury 83
Groton 82

Cam just an FYI, Birmingham AL is currently at 88 and I am back into 60s. Wasn't even close even on an air temperature basis. High temperature on my weather station was 81 today here in the deep forest of Wilton.

I don't know how people survive down there. Lol.

Here's the max temps for today. It was warmer here than parts of Georgia, South and North Carolina. Even coastal Virginia was cooler. Lol

12pm. Warmer here than in Atlanta. HaHa. Fun isn't it?

Weird every time I check. Meanwhile their highs go near 90 except yesterday below normal at 86..

More importantly... see the front?? Watch the spin soon.

Come on Cam you are baiting us. Atlanta is cloud covered at this moment, muting their current temperatures. I bet they are 15-20 degrees warmer at 8pm tonite.

lol, no not at all. Just weird how every time I check.

1pm. BDL 84°. Atlanta still 77°. Yes, due to clouds. I'd rather be in the 70s at 1pm then 80s even with high humidity.

Dewpoints are nuts down there in the 70s a lot lately. In fact they been above normal with humidity recently.

BDR had the 4th wettest 1st half of July. That month ended up being normal. Exactly normal actually (3.46")

Now we're having driest August so far including today if we get no rain today.

But that will soon come to an end with the 2-4" of rain expected. Lets see if we end up normal again at end of month

Interesting that August 1995 in BDR had 1.37". In Central Park it is the 2nd driest month EVER at 0.18". I wonder if there was a localized thunderstorm at BDR that month......

Both Central Park and BDL got to 87 today
