Dare I say heat needed? 60s in the day would probably require a little especially if night dips to 40s/low 50s.

Polar airmass over Canada starting to impress me.
Sounds great to me! Bring it on! Please don't disappoint me now.

I'll get to wear my nice jackets and get to shut off the A/C.

Hope you're enjoying seasonable weather this week... cause it will change after this week.

Here's forecast lows for Thursday...

Your eyes aren't deceiving you... that air our west moves east... yes, towards us... But of course not that deep. LOL .. It's going to get chilly for this time of year.

And no ... those are November type temps for them out there.

Should be October like for us. Sunday, Monday

September snow? Maybe in the future but not anytime soon. lol

After next weeks chill down we'll get into a seasonable pattern again. But I think we have to wait over 7 weeks for snow unless some crazy Arctic High decides to come down sooner and remind us we shouldn't go by climo and records.. lol

I haven't posted any OBS or Maps just because it's been seasonable. Nothing too interesting. Enjoying these days!

7 weeks from now would put us RIGHT on the 3 yr anniversary of the "Snowtober"

I hope you are not implying that we are likely to get snow until at least late Nov or early Dec!!

Whoa, I was just thinking about our October snowstorm here with the leaves on the trees after seeing the same thing happening in Calgary today.

Nobody will know this far out. Heck, we weren't so sure days before it happened. lol Beauty about weather... it's a surprise.
