Just changed. Had sleet for literally 5 minutes then went to rain. No more snow. That was fun. Sunrise showing a pretty wintry landscape.

Going out to shovel now before the rain weighs it down more.

Current Map. Coast has changed. Danbury still reporting snow.

Branches and powerlines sagging.

Last look before some washes away and before I go shovel. From my roof cam.

So, is this the biggest snow you DIDN'T create a separate thread for?

Also, the NWS listings shows someone reporting 6" in Norwalk, was that you?

Cam-You see the Euro for Mon/Tues? Wow what a big change from earlier runs.
Per NWS BOX:

FOR WHAT ITS
WORTH...THE 00Z ECMWF SHOWS A MAJOR WINTER STORM FOR EASTERN NEW
ENGLAND WITH HEAVY SNOW AND STRONG WINDS. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS JUST
ONE OPERATIONAL MODEL RUN AND THE FIRST TO SHOW IT. MUCH OF THE 00Z
GUIDANCE IS STILL WAY SOUTHEAST AND PRETTY MUCH A MISS FOR MOST OF
THE REGION. WILL NEED TO SEE IF THIS WAS JUST A HICCUP OR IF THE
ECMWF AND A FEW OF THE GEFS ARE ONTO SOMETHING IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

Wow, you have a roof cam!? That is pretty cool.

I'd say we got 5 or 6 inches of snow.
