Kid haven't heard anything yet..I'm hopeful though.
Drove down Franklin St once. There's a big facility back there with lots of room.

As much as I'd like to see development in Beacon Falls, I've been told that because of it's size and low traffic flow, many businesses wouldn't work. Not sure if that's true or just the cry of locals who don't want change though.

That sounds about right. Plus it's such a small town in area, it's not far to get to amenities in the Valley or Waterbury.

Yes. But it does stink as far as trying to build a better tax base though.
