This is more what I think of for McMansion - these are all 3,500 to 5,000 square foot homes on 0.25 acre lots.

im curious where the OP ended up moving? im on the boards researching schools for special needs kids and considering a move to FL. we currently live in westport and my son attends SES - saugatuck elementary school. his special needs program and attention is impeccable. we are so lucky and spoiled by them. im terrified to move and risk losing it all but we are disatisfied with our living experience in westport - schools aside. it's just not the right fit for us. very hard decision but i hope the OP found a great place.
