Houses in CT are not that in-expensive unless they are in a not so good area and need work, I would suggest going to Moderator cut - no real estate ads permitted on state forums - PM or DM only- sorry. Skytrekker . I would suggest the Torrington,Terryville,Plymouth,Winsted,Winchester area's as nice towns and reasonable priced.
