That chain is getting pretty big. Hit Up vecchitto's in Middletown if you want hand made Italian ice.

Chet's is really good too. I liked it better than Libby's. I've never had Vecchitto's, but a quick google tells me it's very highly rated.

Micalizzi's in Bridgeport has many fans. Neighborhood is in decline though.

Best Italian ice ever - Lemon Ice King of Corona. Not far from Shea - if you ever go down for a game it's definitely worth a little bit of a detour to check it out. Benfaremo - The Lemon Ice King of Corona for over 60 years!

We have lots of Rita's in Pittsburgh. Out here they pretty much have the Italian ice market to themselves. If you live in any city/major town in CT with other Italian ice options, it's kinda hard to understand why you'd be excited to see Rita's come to CT. Nothing special at all.

I've Yelp searched in the past, and couldn't find any, but does anyone know any italian ice options in Norwalk? Seeing lots of posts of good places, was hoping someone would know a place in Norwalk(or failing that, one of the directly surrounding town).

I don't think anyone mentioned it yet, but there's a Rita's on the Silas Deane Hwy in Rocky Hill. Its been here for at least 2 years. They are closed during the winter.
