Nice town, but they later revised their original desire and they prefer to be within 10 miles of UConn, 15 miles max. South Windsor is not quite within that 15 miles radius.

No free Pre-K here. Some school districts have a preschool in the elementary schools, however, they are mostly for children with learning disabilities of some sort.

It varies town by town. Some towns have free pre-k in the public schools. Other do not.

Oh I'm so sick of all these threads about people from FL moving up to CT, when the cold hard truth is that there are more people moving from CT to FL as we speak.
