I should have used a better word. There is always things to do in CT, but "bored" as in the same stuff to do. It's a great place to raise a family. Connecticut is called "The land of steady habits" and I could see why. I just want to try and break my steady habit.

And for every person that left CT and misses it or came back, there are just as many people who left and don't regret it.

Lived in NC for a very short time, and CA for a bit, both for work. Hated NC. Loved CA. Came back to CT because the quality of life is very high, the public schools are good, and the people are [for the most part] more intelligent.
And I missed the excellent pizza.

I would say that If I had to move to an area where there is crappy pizza I would really think twice. Pizza is delish.

You're kind of limited, then. NY, NJ, southern CT. A few places in FL here and there with the tri-state influence. Other than that, you're looking at Papa Johns.

Well, I stayed in Charlotte for a month, as you know. It looked like a nice place to live, but for some reason I just didn't want to settle down there. I think the southern accents and general isolation of the area got to me after a while.
As for the pizza, remember, I also lived in NYC and occasionally had pizza. Sure, some places were good, but I never really noticed a big difference. I mean, it's just pizza for crying out loud. Dough + sauce +cheese = pizza. Tonight I just bought a frozen pizza from Trader Joes. I can't wait to eat it.
