The Patriots used Hartford as leverage to get a deal done in Foxboro. They never would have moved to Hartford.

The funny thing about Dallas is that their team moved there from Minnesota, which is about as "hockey crazed" a place as you can get outside of Canada

At best it would've been something like the Buffalo Bills recent deal with Toronto where they play a home game or two there the last few season
