Yes, absolutely. It's more affordable and has much larger dating pools.

If you met the love of your life here and he/she/it made 250k/yr you would probably suddenly love it here.

Nope. He would have an inferiority complex if his partner was earning ~3X what he makes.

Damn, i think some of the C-D regulars should start getting paid here for giving this psychoanalysis of nep.

You're absolutely right. That would relieve the affordability issue as well as the need to have a dating pool.

In reality, however, that's not the case. Therefore, I need to pursue what I want. People make decisions and changes in their lives all the time in order to get closer to what they want. Sometimes in life, you have to chase things.

So let me get this straight:

Detroit
Syracuse
Indianapolis
Buffalo
Pittsburgh
Rochester

Which is your absolute favorite? In the meantime, I spent the day unpacking in Rochester.

That's a none-of-the-above question if I've ever seen one.

Pretty impressed that you were able to find a bank, law firm and realtor for a closing on labor day/labor day weekend.

First, its Labor Day, not Christmas or Easter. Second, as I said in previous posts, I bought the house like 2 weeks ago, I just moved in today.

I've only been to Buffalo and Rochester on that list. I would probably say Buffalo is my favorite though. It's a renaissance city and has many similarities to metro Hartford, which is nice.
