The whole friendliness thing is way overblown here. Personally, wether some random person I don't know walking down the street is friendly or not has no effect on my life whatsover. Pick a town that best fits your budget and commute, they are all nice

It depends on where "you" are on the $$$$ spectrum. Of the towns the OP listed, Fairfield would clearly be the "friendliest" if the budget is <$500K. If it's >$500K, they're all going to be pretty close on the "friendliness" scale.
