Cities love Malloy. They're hugely motivated, by the fear the bad old Republicans will take programs away.

My favorite Democrats are Elizabeth Warren, Nancy Pelosi and Debbie Wasserman Schultz. I also like Bernie Sanders, but he is an Independent/Socialist.

NewJeffCT: New Haven doubled their turnout from 2010.

I wonder how the heck they did that?

Oh wait...I think I figured it out....

New Haven Mayor: "Give illegal aliens right to vote in city elections"

New Haven is notably a sanctuary city for illegal aliens, as they are welcomed by the mayor and provided ID cards to illegals starting in the summer of 2007 using a private grant.

Ctpost has Malloy at 51% and Foley at 48% 16% reporting.

Coventry went for Foley in 2010 by 200 votes. In 2014, Malloy won the town by almost 500.

If Hartford & Bridgeport have a similar turnout increase vs 2010 as did New Haven, I would say almost no chance Foley wins
