Our heating oil supplier was at $3.01 on Monday. Just checked today - down to $2.90/gallon.

I read this story a few days ago about the Saudi's dropping the price of oil.

"Saudi Arabia to pressure Russia, Iran with price of oil. Saudi Arabia will force the price of oil down, in an effort to put political pressure on Iran and Russia, according to the President of Saudi Arabia Oil Policies and Strategic Expectations Center. Saudi Arabia plans to sell oil cheap for political reasons, one analyst says. To pressure Iran to limit its nuclear program, and to change Russia's position on Syria, Riyadh will sell oil below the average spot price at $50 to $60 per barrel in the Asian markets and North America, says Rashid Abanmy, President of the Riyadh-based Saudi Arabia Oil Policies and Strategic Expectations Center."

Yeah, pretty big move. I'm calling it a backwards bubble soon. Euphoria prices.

Who is your supplier to claim a price like that?

On July 8th 2014 I paid $3.37 per gallon. Nice to see it under $3, but I probably won't need to buy again until December.

Just wait until the season starts up and we enter a long harsh winter as predicted. Still glad I bought a home with natural gas.

So glad I burn free wood. Saudia Arabia can keep its oil. $3 a gallon is still a ripoff.

It does look like now is the time to buy for those with oil. Its dropped about 50 cents in the last 2
months.

I have also been hearing that natural gas prices are rising quite a bit.
