We might be selling our investment 2 family in milford soon. Does anyone know- do we talk to an accountant or tax attorney for the tax rammifications of that sale? Would anyone have a good recommendation- anywhere from say Fairfield- Milford? Thanks-Mark

Either or...most tax attorneys will have regular actuaries and accountants they work with and vice versa for investment managers with tax specialities. If you think you have complex issues (facing foreclosure, deceased person on the deed, owned in an llc) then you might as well start at the attorney level. Check out the ct bar association website for their referral service.
