I'm sorry but at that price there's got to be issues, either with the neighborhood or the unit.

It's also very unlikely that you are getting utilities with that. And there are few very rentals in Milford at $1000, those that are probably will be dumpy units.

now this narrows our search areas, very helpful..

Just be careful where you find these cheap places, and maybe post them here first. In places like New Haven or West Haven, cheap could mean a so-so or even dangerous neighborhood.

thank you all !

for now we have chosen one of the spinnaker apts in milford..we have chose a basic 10 month lease..although its a bit on the expensive side for us
but its better this way, since we are new here, and with winter setting in its very difficult for us to make a quick choice right now..
but in the next few months we will be looking out again for a better value for money place..
