You've made this known numerous times on the forum. Others in the state, who got 10-12" more snow than you during the same time period, were not as lucky as you.

Looks like I'll be bringing in some firewood and hunkering down on Tuesday! I had no clue this was coming!

Was this the storm the that dumped 40" in (Milford, maybe?)? If so, yes the difference in accumulation was dramatic. If not for the historic amounts that NH county got, I honestly would not remember that storm at all. In New Fairfield it was more like 16".... maybe 18" event. Very unremarkable over here. The biggest one I remember in this area was probably Christmas 2002(?) -- I think that was slightly over 2 feet.

Yep with that one the New Haven area got something like 40 inches….I think East Haven was the jackpot.

Havent seen the squirrels out since last snow, and snows still on the ground. I always find it amazing how some of these animals survive these storms.

36" was the official record by the nws for the Feb 2013 storm.

Ansonia Set Record With 36 Inches Of Snow In 24 Hours In Feb. Blizzard | FOX CT

A fair number of 30+ measurements from Weston through the Valley to Milford/Hamden and I think out to Guilford. Bad measurements above that bogey (e.g., drifts).

Hey Camb.. question

The plume viewer link you sent earlier. What models do those 3 families represent?

Latest run is interesting

The Bridgeport site shows

ARW model family 28.47 inches

NMM family 22.65 inches

NMB family 6.76 inches
