2pm, Bridgeport is at 91°F. Yesterday max was 91°. Back to back 90+ days. Last time that happened was exactly 2 yrs ago! Can we make a 3rd? Also been exactly 2 yrs since we had an official heat wave

Oh boy... A/C is either struggling or it stopped working all together at work! 81F in this place and it's usually in the low 70's!

I know its not CT but Islip on Long Island broke their streak of 730 days without a 90+ temp today (it got up to 94!), and that makes exactly 2 years to the day!

I had the room AC on in my office for FOUR HOURS today when I got home. That's nuts. Indoor hallway temperature was 88, my office, before I turned on the AC, was 93. With the humidity it felt like it was well over 100. I set it to 79, and it didn't turn off the entire time I had it on (it usually turns itself off once it hits 1 degree below what you set it at and then turns back on once it reaches 2 degrees above what you set it at).

Think of a car.. would you run it 8 hrs without giving it a break? Same. A/C works harder. Keep those shades and windows closed tomm morning. Ac doesnt have to be on. Watch the home not warm up to 80s. Try it.

Speaking of 80s.. Bridgeport 81 with muggiest dewpoint of year at 74. At 10Pm!! Bugs are insane outside

The weather I imagine is ideal for Connecticut, 8 F with 26" of snow and 40 mph winds. Love winter up there .

Cold Front pushing through. Will feel like late Spring next couple days..

Here are the wind direction.

The beginning edge of the front is where the South winds and West winds meet.

Temps/DPs wont reflect it until it fully pushed through. 70s behind it! Still 80s here. Max 88 today.
