While I cannot find this elsewhere or even on OKX's own site, looks like OKX is adjusting snow totals from the January snowstorm, particularly for Central Park.....

Yup, after mid week there's going to be flip flops. I believe there is a main feature (like a cut off low) models don't know how to handle so they are flipping back and forth and not agreeing with eachother on. We'll see.

wtby4000 posted it in the Storm thread on the Weather Forum and made me aware of this.

Upon further review, January snowfall was biggest ever in NYC

This image says it all... Throw the flag. Ridiculous. At least they can use it in their climate change agenda now.

I ranted about the .02" miss. It was windy and 0.2" is easily missed in a blizzard! But now it's like WTF....4 months later, what else is reported as errors or "adjusted" by NOAA.

Got lucky today, not sure if you guys noticed something all day....

1. Sunny at the coasts, Cloudy inland.
2. 60s in Maine and Vermont.
3. Washington DC 3rd day in a row struggling past 50s! I wonder what they are saying down there about that.

Oh, btw.. Im hoping for no rain tomrorrow too. Maybe the dry surface will help cause the rain to be light or even scattered?

The theme next 7 days...

Would you rather have this?

And FYI ... Payback for 9 straight days of sun and dry weather? Rain & Clouds all week.

I told you... "We need rain"...."Enough with the rains". We say those things often!!
Drought is the biggest hyped up pointless thing to worry about in our region.

Hartford's forecast. Ugh

BDL finished April below average temperature wise and it was dryer than average at both stations. Bridgeport was above average temperature wise however.
