It will not change to rain until that freezing line passes you..


So its basically below freezing couple thousand feet above north of that line. It will be sleet or snow falling until the warmer air aloft moves in.

Danbury should be changing to rain any miniute now

Rain began in Cheshire around 12:30ish. A nice coating on the ground. All in all, it was "snow-globe pleasant", a nice ornamental snowfall. Unfortunately, here comes the hard rain
