Looks like Western CT is getting lucky.
Sunny in Philly this morning while I think I saw NYC show a thunderstorm metar. Maybe a rumble happened or some static?

NYC, Northern NJ, Southern NY getting good rains. Even I'm getting clipped with the outer edge at times. Rain in Albany about to get heavier.
MA missing out as well as most of CT. Not over yet though. Coastal storm still off NJ coast

Seriously..you need to go out and take a nice walk out there after today..go to a park. There are so many ways to enjoy a 60 degree day. I love winter too.. it will come.
