Sorry for lack of posts. Between non stop rain for 15hrs, temps in the 30s, and work; I just wasn't in the mood to post or look at a map. So fed up with the weather pattern.

March is over. Is it possible we get "Spring" weather in June?

Does that mean we'll get lucky to get 2 months of Spring now?

Just had to run the sump pump in the basement for the first time in a few years. Almost 3 inches of rain this week alone. Wow.

1.12 inches in the last 3 days for Brainard Airport in Hartford, according to noaa.gov. I woke up to see a very minor coating which tried to get started where I am (Berlin/Newington town line). I'm seeing the pictures from southern Maine right now. Not pretty for them! (I've lived in York County twice.)

Basically nobody younger than 33yrs old experienced a March colder than February in many locations in the region ..... until now..... Its been over 3 decades

March 2017 was colder than February across many areas. It wasn't colder than January though but was close! Last few days ruined it! Bridgeport was colder than December though.

Not to forget a Top 10-20 snowiest March's on record as well.

Wanna see what ruined the March colder than January stat? 5 days right there. 2 Highs in the mid 50s and night lows above norm

The snow is terrible here in Boston. Cold as all heck and a slushy mess on the roads.

Yup... Watch the metar at Boston Logan Airport. Changed from Rain to Snow there past couple hours. Now snowing moderately (darker blue icon)

Watch the moisture feeding off the Atlantic right into the Cold air and as the system pulls away the Cold air goes further into the coast.

Yup--I'm in the Boston area today, and can attest that where I'm at (NW of the city...along 128/I-95), it changed over to snow around 10 am this morning. Been moderate snow ever since, with periodic sleet mixed in.
