Windshield wipers got tired of moving so they took a nap.

13 days this month with precip falling.

7 of the last 8 days had precip.. Only the 23rd didn't, that was the only sunny day we had past 8 days

Number of days Bridgeport had a Max Temp between 60-69° only.

January: 0
February: 3
March: 2
April: 9

So 14 days out of 116 days

Last year we had 21 by now

I miss Spring. Bye. Now May has to be below normal to get 60s. lol

Normal Max for Hartford is 70° May 10th
Bridgeport is May 22

Haven't dived into why but I assume the SouthEast Ridge is not fully strong enough to push north and we are on the northern periphery of it which means more clouds and outside the heat zone.

Even D.C is missing out now.
That is understandable. Hoping the pattern breaks anyway. This rain just makes everything miserable. Drove home from New Haven last night 2200-2300, downpour if I ever saw one, wipers didn't keep up and the wind was whipping the car around. Would almost rather have the days of high 30s/low 40s with clear blue skies.

Did the rest.. Days with max temps in the 40s are the most.

We had more 60s in February than March.
More 30s in March than January.
More 50s in January than March.
Same amount of 70s as 20s this year so far

I just want more 60s. It's May now. Gees.

5pmEST. It's so gray outside. Upper Low still over us providing the clouds and cool. Holy wow at the 70s and 80s west of us. And Wow at the 20s and 30s as a max this time of year. must feel strange.

Satellite Loop last 56 hours (Since Midnight 25th). Watch the Upper Low/storm slowly come up the coast from the Carolinas.

That Upper Low was over the gulf states on the 24th.

Thanks to this feature no sun past 4 days. If this ULL hadn't happened we would of been sunny and leafing out. Only 1 sunny day last 9 days here (23rd).

I'm certainly complaining, but only because I'm stuck at work and unable to enjoy this weather by flying in it

I figured you would say that. Definitely been your type of flying weather recently. I wonder where the ceiling has been. 10,000'?

BTW .......
Not complaining about the 60s but wow at the change. What happened to the heat surge for multiple days? LOLOL

A mysterious sighting on 691 this morning... Bright orb in the sky and some blue patches. Surely the end of times have come.

In all seriousness I was shocked when the sun broke through the clouds, haven't been wearing my sunglasses so it dang near blinded me.
