How often do you seal driveway and how much does it cost?

I do notice some cracks here and there so want to do it before its worse. Is it done better before fall?

And lastly, how much does it cost to do it for a 3 car garage with a circle?

Cost depends on square footage. You're better off finding someone that "paints" it on vs. spray. I've had them both done and the spray just wears off very quickly. A good job can last 2 years.

The idea is it prevents water from penetrating, and then expanding/contracting with weather changes.

It has to be above about 50 degrees to apply, I believe. I tried getting it done in November last year and no one would do it.

lol. Sorry, reading that made me laugh because I haven't done a thing to mine in 10 yrs and previous owner hadn't done a thing in 10 yrs before that.. I'm almost considering just making it a dirt/rock driveway and the hell with the Jones'. LOL It's in need of replacing now, it's sunk in where the cars sit and breaking apart.

My neighbor seals his every 2 yrs I believe. He's 76 yrs old. Pretty simple to do. He fills in cracks every year I believe.
