4. Doubled down with more spending and tax increases in 2015
5. Struck down the death penalty even to the guys that murdered the family in Cheshire
6. Has turned into a Democratic progressive cesspool
7. Economy has cratered, companies are leaving left and right
8. Malloy is bribing companies to stay like giving 200 Million to UTC

So CT has gone totally bat crazy liberal.

Why don't the liberals in this state do something worthwhile and legalize marijuana?

It would make us the first state on the east coast other than DC to legalize it. Maybe we could get some tax revenue too
The solution to all 8 items is not to vote for democrats any more. The problem here is that democrats are on Wall St payroll, same as most high earners in CT, so chances they vote against democrats are slim.

What this has to do with pot? Let's legalize cocaine and heroin then, that would boost the tax revenue to unprecedented highs and solve all fiscal problems, just make sure we have enough space on cemeteries.

You've got to stay up on the MJ ballots a bit more friend. That highly honorable spot in history will absolutely go to Maine in just over two week's time.

I am for it. Legalize and regulate it like alcohol. No smoking unless in a designated area, like a bar, or at a residence with owner approval. Lawa driving under the influence. Place an excess tax. Help CT debt, bring people to the state, create jobs, and lower crime.

Eliminate income tax and the gas tax.

Raise the sales tax and add a Used tax. Take away tax on any food (Packaged & so forth), and have a flat excess tax on liquor/wine/cigarettes/alcohol.

Tax town properties by County.

City residents are excluded from paying county tax and pay a separate tax. Cities pay a land value and school tax.

Do away with yearly car tax. A flat car tax paid up front or worked into payments.

A flat corporate tax.
