Wondering if anyone could help me. My niece has a road test coming up soon in Waterbury CT and would greatly appreciate if anyone could tell me the route. Anyone taken a test there?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know what the route is. But I would drive up and Down Thomaston Ave. and Hungtingdon St./Chase Ave. (same road) especially. Chase is challenging and if she can handle that she's golden. I'd go up Chase, turn left on Cook and turn left and come down Boyden which will bring you back to Thomaston Ave. Again, I'm not sure if that's the route, but if they loop then that's a possibility.

I got my license there over a decade ago, but I believe my route was from the DMV, down Thomaston Ave, left on Homer, left on Hanover, left on Boyden (including "parallel parking" on the park side), and back up Thomaston Ave. It was under 10 minutes and was low stress during a late morning weekday.

Good luck to your niece!

I remember going down by the factories where the new Chocolate place is. That was 12 year's ago though.

Also took mine around a decade ago, but we basically turned left out of the DMV, left at that intersection toward Target, went up that street for a bit, hung two lefts and ended back up by the DMV, parallel parked in the DMV parking lot. It was super simple.

I don't think there are set routes. It is up to the tester. Jay
